Clickthrough behavior is a type of data that records what results users are clicking on from an SERP. Advanced search engines use this data to learn from user behavior and improve over time, and site owners can use these search analytics to determine which results are performing best.
Swiftype leverages clickthrough behavior trends over time to refine and improve result sets based on the what results are performing best.
In addition, Swiftype automatically tracks user clickthrough behavior and displays this information in the user-friendly account dashboard. With this information in hand, site owners can drag-and-drop to rearrange results for specific queries in the Rankings tab or adjust their engine wide relevance model through the Weights tab.
