Swiftype Enterprise Search

Everything you need to know for a seamless rollout

Connect any content source in a few seconds

Swiftype offers both the simplicity of single-click platform connectors and the power of crawler and API-based sources.

Step One
Sources Dashboard

From the Swiftype Enteprise Dashboard, locate the Sources tab on the left-hand side. From there, you may chose to connect various types of sources, from cloud platforms to your very own on-premise content.

Step Two
Select a Shared Source

Click on the source you want to connect, and grant access to the selected platform. In a few clicks, your content is now being synced and will be available for search as it is ingested. Connect as many shared sources as needed.

Step Three
Manage Sources

Review the status of connected sources, activate sources globally, and remove sources from the source management interface.

Add Sources to Groups

Once sources are connected, assign sources to the groups and teams that require the ability to search over their content. By assigning sources to groups, you ensure that every user gets the most relevant and personalized experience.
